Being Nanny, A Tribute, A Privilege

When I was a little girl, I had a very special relationship with my grandmother, Nanny. The sun rose and set over Nanny and to be around her was to live with unconditional love, nurturing, and positive lessons for a lifetime.

So now I am a grandmother and I am Eli’s Nanny! I aspire to be to him what Nanny was to me. I am so privileged to spend time with this incredible new person. Yesterday I was able to hold him and sing to him for hours, breathe his sweet scent, listen to his soft voice. This little one has me wrapped around his very cute fingers and toes. I’m hooked and enjoying every second of Nannyhood!
